Woodslake Peter O'Reilly fishing in August 2010
"Pete and Doddy Fishing Woods
We had a good week.
Both were pestered by loads of small carp during the day, however now and again hit some decent carp. Best was a 39lb common some good grass carp and cats came out to play at night.
Doddy had 3 best to 36lb, he also had quite a few grass carp [first time he had ever caught one so was happy]
I had a Pb cat at 76lb so that made the whole trip worth while.
Don't over bait up, live bait best for cats : roach if you can get them, halibut pestered by crays and small stuff, we had a great week.

Etang de la Botte : John and Julie fishing on 30/10/2010
"Hi Sandrine
As promised here are some photo's from the famtastic trip we had to La Botte recently . John had a total weight of 1423.4lb of fish. He had 1 x 50.5lb, 8 x 40+lb, 2 sturgeon over 50lb and 30 others including many high 30's. 41 fish in total all caught!
I have attached photo's if some of the bigger fish - they will come 2 at a time so you will get a few emails.
Please thank Pascale and Maxime once again for their hospitality, they are lovely people and we will certainly be seeing them again in the future. I left our email address with her, please ask her to use it so that I can send some photo's to her directly.

Here are the photos of my 47lb 11oz fish that I caught at La Botte during the 3rd week of August this year.
During my week at La Botte, I had 5 fish under 20lb, 2 at 24lb, 1 at 36lb 1 at 38lb and the 47lb 11oz which is my PB. It was a great week and looking forward to booking a week next September on your complex." Peter Forrester  |

"Hi Sandrine just a quick catch report to let you know what a fantastic weeks fishing we had on Robin Lake in early June.5 of us had 115 fish between us Carl's 1st fish went over 40lbStewart had 9 pbs up 37lb+Paul had 2 fish over 40lb By the end of the week we'd caught 3 x 40s 38 x 30s 65 x20s + only 9 doubles ........ brilliant to see Pascale again plus we,ve already booked again for 2011 can,t wait to get back."Geoff

"Dear Pascale and Sandrine
Please find attached photo's from Woods Lake in July 2010.
I caught over 30 fish in total with the weather being over 30 degrees everyday, except the Friday when it rained in the morning
The Commons and Sturgeon were caught on Quality Baits squid boilie and the catfish on dead squid over Quality baits halibut pellets.
It was a great trip with a delicious cake from Pascale and great advice from Pascale's son.
We will be back soon."
